Mr. Kim focuses primarily in the areas of medical malpractice and serious personal injury. Mr. Kim has a special interest in medical malpractice cases as he has litigated cases involving nursing errors, surgical errors, anesthesia errors, emergency room errors, cancer misdiagnosis, pulmonary embolism, deep vein thrombosis, gastric bypass, shoulder dystocia/brachial plexus/Erb's palsy, ruptured appendix, paralysis, nerve damage, strokes, medication errors, and others.  Mr. Kim has handled hundreds of other cases involving personal and bodily injury including wrongful death, automobile accidents, truck accidents, products liability, premises liability, among others.
